MemberI received this link in an email from trimdownclub. So I ended up buying the ebooks. Very first one they ask you to read is pushing supplements from BIO-TRUST in this first article example Pro-X10. So I’m curious now you see what I liked about the trim down club was learning to eat the right things not taking supplements. Please can someone give thoughs, advise.

MemberI got an email on Saturday with a link video produced by Bio-Trust after sitting watching for what seemed ages it was pushing IC-5 at my weight I’d need at least 6 bottles at a cost of $294! It annoyed me at the time, apart from the time wasted, it seemed to go against the principles of the TDC. I’ll know better next time and ignore any emails like this from them.

MemberThe first ebook they tell you to read is The top 10 gut cleansing foods. They start of with: “your entire G.I. tract (consisting of more than 20
feet of small and large intestine) has been infested with toxic “bugs” that are secretly
causing a massive “bacterial imbalance” within your body—a condition that may very
well lead to a long road of pain and suffering for both you and your loved ones, and
even worse, become life-threatening.”
Then go on to say that this is caused by: “Well, like you, millions of folks all over the world are
unknowingly creating this dangerous imbalance through the ingestion of bacteriapromoting
foods, medications, and other “toxic materials” that we are exposed to on
a near daily basis. I’m talking about the use of antacids, artificial sweeteners, “diet”
beverages and food items, certain brands of yogurt, ibuprofen, laxatives, alcohol, mouth
wash and even some brands of chewing gum, dishwasher detergent and toothpaste.” Bottom line is that they are promoting a supplement for Probiotics.
So I did my own research & found my own solutions & took some notes.
Probiotics (good bacteria)In dairy products look for ” live active cultures “.
Probiotics can be found in the following:
-Yogurt Natural
-Kombucha tea
-Sauerkraut
-Pickles
-Olives
At least my options wont cost me &69.95 oh wait if I buy right now I can have for $49.95October 10, 2013 at 1:55 am #15579Deborahjjhayes

MemberHi, AnnMarie1963. Yes, we do indeed encourage meeting of all of your needs through a balanced diet. However, some of our customers ask about supplements and want specific recommendations. Since they will find something out there anyway (it is challenging for some to get used to relying on foods alone), we want to make sure they are informed and have access to the best options. We did some extensive checking, and this provides some of the best support according to solid scientific research. Having said that, you are under absolutely no pressure to buy the product – the link is just for your reference.
