MemberI workout 6 days a week, 3 days of cardio and 3 days of weight training. I’ve recently plateaued and I think it has to do with the amount of food I wasn’t eating. I’ve been a Trim Down member for a few days and I wanted to know if the basic menu planner is right for me, to get over the plateau and to finish losing the mid-section? In all honesty, I’m a home body and the only real exercise I get is when I go to the gym. I have a desk job so no activity there unless you count typing 1000wpm as exercise.
Should I stay on the current menu plan or should I tweak it to something that would work better for me? If change, what ratio should I focus on and how do I go about making sure I meet those ratios?

MemberHi, ColorMeTigger, and welcome! The Menu Planner is definitely right for you, as are the various fitness articles in our newsletter that can help get your metabolism back to normal and give you an extra boost. Do be patient though, as it may take your body a little while to get used to normal amounts of food again. You can also take advantage of your desk job to grab a few minutes of high-powered but easy physical activity. If you hit any snags, please do repost here, and we would be happy to help.
