Hello this is my first day I really liked it what is the practical rate of weight loss
Hi, leighquiles. Everyone loses at their own pace, but the average is about 6 lbs of weight loss per month with a very healthy menu as you have, and a lot of this can be fat if you also exercise. There really is a wide range of responses, depending on past diet history, physical activity, amount of weigh to lose, and of course, genetics.
