    I’m 58 years old and was tired of feeling like an “old woman”. I started the Trim down club on Sept. 1, 2016. To date I have lost 35 lbs. My goal was to get healthier and to maybe lose 40-50 lbs. I’m almost there! My cholesterol is now in the normal range, my energy has been revived, and I love the compliments from people on how I look! I have done this with the plan so easily and without feeling deprived or without joining a gym (which I would NEVER keep up with due to a long workday and commute.) I have been on a plateau for the past few weeks, but since the days are longer, now have the time to walk in the evenings and started yoga (at home with a video) which I know will help me over this hump. I have maintained the plan throughout everything, even the holidays. It’s easy and so doable! I will have no problem maintaining this eating lifestyle for the rest of my life. For anyone just starting the plan; keep it up and you will be so happy and proud of yourself!
