Hi,
I usually eat breakfast late around 8-8:30 so I am not hungry until lunch at 12. I stay up late at night so can I switch the morning snack to the evening so I would have dinner at 6 snack at 8 snack at 10 bed at 12. I am always hungry at night and do my worst bingeing then.
I will be interested in replies to your dilemma also. I too, am one who usually eats breakfast later but am trying to make it a little earlier each day to “reset” my routine. I’m thinking you should probably do a snack about 10:30 a.m. even though you aren’t hungry. I think that is the plan – eat often enough (small) so that you don’t get hungry. I’ve only been on this five days and it seems I am eating something all the time but at least I only had one night that I woke up hungry in middle of night.
Hi, kippe. Yes, that’s absolutely fine. Hopefully it can be a solution to your late-night hunger.
