Could some let me know the nutritional value of tinned baked beans please as I can’t see them in the food lists.

One more thing could you please explain the ‘exchange’ bit or direct me to the place it is explained please as I cant find it, I have seen the exchange list but it doesn’t really explain how to use it.

MemberHi, jhorsfall. In your finished menu, click on “Exchange View” (in the toolbar just above the menu), and you will see the exchanges of the various food groups you are alotted. You can use that as a template. If you want the program to do it for you for any meal, you can click on the circular arrow icon to the upper right of any meal, and a dialogue box will walk you through it.
