    Hi JenniferHamilton,

As you get closer to finishing your week, you will be able to preview what’s ahead in the next week. You can find this in the center and bottom of the weekly step.

Additionally, feel free to use our Ready-To-Go Menu which takes your special dietary needs (Gluten Free, Vegetarian, Dairy Free, Low Sugar, Low Cholesterol) into consideration to give you a menu that is based on our the most popular foods!

    Best 🙂

Would rice noodles, bambooshoots and water chestnuts be lighter blue on the men planner

Hi, Alice. Brown rice noodles would be, but not white rice noodles. Water chestnuts and bamboo shoots definitely.

If I can get no reply to my questions I can’t even start with menus. How do I find a lot of foods in England that are obviously American

Hi, Valrichards. The following is our international list of resources: http://www.trimdownclub.com/shopping-links-for-healthy-foods.

Hi, Marpostie. No worries – they are found in the UK, and you can find them at the shops listed in our guide (http://www.trimdownclub.com/where-to-buy-uk) and at similarly health-oriented shops. Some of these foods are actually from around the world and are less known because they are less mass-produced. That can be an advantage because they are less manipulated for larger production and so more nutritious and supportive of weight loss. However, you don’t necessarily need to use foods with which you are unfamiliar. All we ask is that you choose unrefined, relatively unprocessed whole foods 🙂

Hi, discountseal43. High carbs are otherwise known as complex carbs, high in fiber and based on whole foods – such as 100% whole grain breads and cereals, fruits and vegetables; low carbs are known as simple carbs, low in fiber and generally refined, such as white bread, cookies made with white flour, fruit snacks.

What does the health level mean on the recipes? I’m just starting this plan.

    #26510

Hi, Holcombe, and welcome! The ratings represent a general assessment of the food, taking into account nutrient density vs. just energy density, degree of refinement, processing, cooking methods, and overall quality of ingredients – in short, how much they contribute to good health. They are from 1-5, with 5 being the best.

so as the weeks go by will it give you more recipes as choices as you progress?

    #26521

Hi, Holecombe. You can use any of the recipes at any stage during the program.
