KeymasterGreat question! We don’t include drinks in the weekly menu because we stress the importance of drinking water. Here is a list of drinks that you can drink freely while on the plan: http://www.trimdownclub.com/free-drinks/
Additionally, for more detailed explanations of beverages, be sure to have a look at our Quick Start Guide located in your My Downloads area.
Hope this helps 😉

KeymasterHi Lynoliver,
I see that you should be getting UK foods and measurements in your menus. Would you be able to let us know what you are seeing that shouldn’t be there?

MemberHow do you add foods from your recipes into your menu planning? Can you save your favorite recipes somewhere?

KeymasterHi Camiperryman,
Thanks for posting!
You can mark specific foods and recipes as favorites (meaning that they will appear in your menu more) by placing a heart on them (to the right of each selection in the Personal Menu Planner you will see a heart icon).

Can I replace it with riceFebruary 16, 2016 at 8:12 pm #34099Ossie-Sharon
MemberHi, Christine. Absolutely! Of course, we do recommend brown or wild rice. If you and yours don’t like it, try adding at least a little to the white and see if you gradually move toward the healthier type.

MemberI am one week into the program and after the first 3 days I had gained 2pounds. There was just too much food and too many meals. I have cut out 1 or 2 snacks and have lowered the quantities of some of the carbs such as breads and potatoes and sweet potatoes. I know this is going to work because after just 2 days I have lost the 2 that I gained and 1 more. Because of my small stature I think this is going to be better for me.

MemberHi, bsboutin. Brilliant – that is the best solution. I’m glad you found something that works for you, and encourage others in your spot to do the same.

MemberHi, I have just begun the diet a week ago and am struggling to eat everything and it is making me feel a little ill. Am I allowed to cut things out or cut down on portions? (I am still finding my way around the sight so if there is somewhere that answers this I am sorry.)
