The amount of food for me to eat in a day is a lot. What happens if you don’t eat everything? If I cut something out, how do I know what to cut out?
Hi, TDC32. It’s great that you’re in tune with your true hunger and satiety signals! You can cut back a little, of course. I suggest you start with starchy carbohydrdate foods – try to get all of your protein, produce, and healthy fats.
I agree TDC3! I am often choking food down, especially in the morning. I am so bloated in the evening that I feel stomach pain.
Hi, Kjartist38. Don’t fight it! See my recommendations below.
