Hi I was reading through the vegetable free guide and noticed Tomatoes are not on the list. Can someone tell me why? And should I limit them? Thanks!
Hi, Beryl. Tomatoes are fantastic, but just have a little more carbohydrates than the free vegetables. One cup is considered a vegetable exchange (equal to half a carbohydrate exchange).
Thank you!
