Too full?

    It is my first day on the diet and I know I’m not used to it, but I am at my afternoon meal and I feel very full. To the point where I don’t want to finish my meal. Is it just me or is there some things I can cut down on a little?

    Hi, cstock7643, and welcome. It is good to read that you are not hungry. Yes, you can cut down a little – just be sure to make sure you get at least 5 total servings of fruits+vegetables and 3 servings of calcium-rich foods each day, and that you don’t have a meal with only carbs.
