With the levels of mercury in our fish, and eating that much fish daily/weekly, it just can’t be healthy. My menu planner does not give me the option to choose Chicken or Turkey for many meals. How can I find out what my optimal % for each meal when I have poultry instead of fish.
Poultry is offered for lunch and dinner – all basic types are listed (light and dark meat for both chicken and turkey) as well as are recipes.
