MemberHi, Trouble2014. Some people like to sprinkle them in salads or grind them to add to smoothies and baked goods. Beyond that, you can swap them out for another seed or nut (or your peanut butter) using the circular arrow icon just above and to the right of the item.

MemberI added a little to my scrabble egg this morning. Is flaxseed meal a good or not so good?

MemberHi, Jobarker. Flaxseed is excellent. However, it is best if you buy the seeds whole and grind them yourself just before eating (not in cooking, as heat is not so good for it). If you bought the meal already ground, it is best to keep it in the refrigerator or freezer.

MemberI didn’t see scramble eggs in the menu. Is it just the 1 egg scrambled or is there other ingredients?

MemberHi, Trouble2014. When an egg appears on your menu, you can prepare it however you wish, including adding some milk – just go easy on the oil unless you selected “egg cooked in oil”.
