Hi, do you adjust the quantities as members progress? While I like the range of foods, and it has reduced my food cravings and sugar crashes, it really seems a lot, and after the first week, I am up a pound. Can I cut back myself, esp when I am not particularly hungry?
Hi, Lighterrider. I’m glad to read that you’re feeling well. Yes, the quantities go down as your weight goes down, but in increments.
If you’re not hungry, no need to stuff yourself. The best things to cut back are the starchy carbohydrate foods – protein and produce are the best things to preserve.
