MemberHi, Donna. We don’t work with calories in this program, but rather with meeting your nutritional needs. I can tell you that your menu provides you approximately 250 grams of carbohydrates, 85 grams of fat, and 110 grams of protein.
Each serving of a non-starchy vegetable is about 1 cup – 8 fluid ounces, but a wide range of weights. When you write, “free serving,” do you mean “free spread” or “free food”? The former can be viewed when you click on the icon next to the term, and refers to various spreads (jams, butters, etc) that in small amounts don’t need to be counted in your menu – they are generally made available when your meal lists a bread or cracker product without any other food that can be used a spread. Free foods can be viewed when you click on the category button in the menu planner – these are usually raw vegetables and seasonings.
