I can’t find anywhere to track what’s been eaten. That’s why I’ve join this club. I need as much help & seeing my calorie count so I know that I haven’t gone over is a great help, also a place I can keep track of water intake.you have these features?
Hi, Littlelauri. You can record what you eat and drink in your Diet Journal, which you can find in the Tools area (see the toolbar near the top of this page). As for going over, the menus you receive here ensure that you won’t go over your caloric needs. They are calculated for you. Do be sure to update your profile when you lose significant amounts of weight and generate a new menu each time, to make sure the count suits you.
Do you know who many calories you ate when not on any sort of plan?
If you have additional questions or concerns about anything here, I’m happy to help.
