    Each human has an instinct which needs to be overridennen each day. It is a primitive instinct to be free and wild. It includes eating habbits. To amend this instinct we must go
    Positive in our thoughts including our thoughts about exercise and diet. Put in a mental sign “do not enter”. For any negative thoughts about controlling your meal plan and how you
    Feel about exercise. Control is positive in every way. Exercise can also be positive if you tell yourself with every step or spin or lift that you like it. You are reconditioning yourself
    And soon you will learn to like it. If you practice positivity before eating and exercise you will nt have binges or fall off the wagon.

    Thanks, I do love the exercise. However the overheating is a real issue. And although many people say there is sooooooo much food. I really wan to eat way more and having trouble kicking the habit!
    Help from those who have overcome this please.

    I need help getting past the scale. I have been doing well with my eating and going to the gym to workout. I know my body in changing in a positive manner, but the scale just won’t move. How do I overcome mind over matter and not care what the scale reads? Trying to stay motivated!!

    When the heat is up in Arizona, Mall Walking works here. Sometimes there are walking clubs and that makes it for fun.
