MemberThanks, I do love the exercise. However the overheating is a real issue. And although many people say there is sooooooo much food. I really wan to eat way more and having trouble kicking the habit!
Help from those who have overcome this please.

MemberI need help getting past the scale. I have been doing well with my eating and going to the gym to workout. I know my body in changing in a positive manner, but the scale just won’t move. How do I overcome mind over matter and not care what the scale reads? Trying to stay motivated!!
