I travel every week day and am not able to cook the snacks and lunches. The weekly planer has me cooking snacks and lunch. I often don’t have time to stop for lunch. Any suggestions on how to modify the menu?
Hi, Cregg. I suggest to select foods for lunch and snacks that are portable – such as sandwich fixings, nuts, seeds, fruit, yogurt, etc. You can also make hearty shakes and soups and taken them with you in thermoses, to use at snack time.
Thanks, using a thermoset is a good idea. I’ll just have to put together a travel friendly menu.
