pamiecbMemberHi Everyone, I just joined so this is all new for me and I need help trying to figure out what to do? We are cruisers who travel a lot how can I apply this new lifestyle or did I join too early. Help please is appreciated. Thanks.

Ossie-SharonMemberHi, pamiecb. It’s never too early to make improvements, but you don’t have to try to be perfect at the beginning, just ease into the plan. If your lifestyle is heavy on travel, then I would suggest to see the online guide “Staying Strong When the Routine is Gone” – it goes into sound eating when away from home. Contact Customer Service (see the “Contact Us” link below) about getting the download.

Cdorian99MemberMy job requires that I travel every week, so I am eating all three meals in restaurants. Any advice is appreciated.
