MemberSo I tried Trimdownclub before xmas and lost a bit of weight and quickly plataud. So I kinda put it on the side burner and tried something else .
I tried Duromine this weightloss drug drom the doctor . In two weeks i lost 2.5 kg but i stopped it two weeks ago and I am still suffering it’s bad effects on my body.. I brought my iron levels down to a dangerous place, my shoulders started acling for no reason and even though i stopped it they are taking their time to get better. The weight came back on within the week i stopped them .So I thought go back on trim down club and here I am.
I tricked it. Yes I did. I told my profile I weighted 120 kg I’m really 86, and Got a new menu on the 4 th of May , stuck to the new menu religiosly for a whole week and lost One whole kilo in a week. I have also been walking 10,000 steps a day. I use a fitbit to calculate my steps so i do all the normal walking for the day as in shopping , working etc, at about 7pm i look at the fit bit and if it says i reached 7000 steps just by living my life , i hop on the treadmill for 10 minutes and top up to 10,000 .it’s doable. So this way I don’t have to worry too much.
