MemberHi everyone, I am a 47 year old women who has spent alot of money on weight loss, Including weight wathchers, and Herbal magic. I have even worked with an endochronologist who can’t figure out what’s wrong with me either. He tells me I am healthy (which is excellent) all my blood work is perfect. I do eat healthy and work out about 5-6 times a week. I can’t seem to loose a pound and my body never changes. I have a bowflex treadclimber which I use 3 times a week, i do zumba and kickboxing. I wondered if anyone else experienced a similar situation and has had success on this program?

ParticipantHi Debber, are you loosing anyweight or measurements on this program, as you did not mention it. sometimes it does take your body awhile to adjust to diest and the different foods. Try sending a email or ask Ossie ….love and light.

MemberHi .. i’m also new to this program and joined because it really excited me. I am a heathy eater but in the last 5 years I have gained 15 pounds without much explaination. I’ve been told that it was related to stress and perhpas not eating the right combinations of food … this diet appeared to address the combinations of food and that is what really excited me. The switch to eating to what is recommended was natural for me – I was already eating them. I actually feel that I am eating more following this plan. I’m a 40 year old mom of 3 little ladies (2 teenagers, one 7 yr old). Life is busy and work is demanding. I’ve been with this diet now for a week and half – first couple of days I gained a pound, then I lost two, and now I’m one pound heavier than I started. I am exercising, eating properly … I don’t understand. i know that it is still very early but I seem to be gaining weight!! Very discouraging … Help?

MemberHi there, I joined for the same reasons as you all, eating sensibly already, attending Keep-Fit classes twice a week and still not losing weight. Hopefully we’ll all get there in the end.
