peterreynoldsMemberThis site is a waste of time and money if you live in England as half the food is not available over here. You are not told before you sign up that it is American until they have your money and then it`s too late they have your money and to try and get it back is a waste of time you have to ring them if you can get through that is. I will not be partispating in this as I dont see how you can give it a fair go without all the food available.

Ossie-SharonMemberHi, Peter. The foods are actually available in the UK. The following is a list of sources: http://www.trimdownclub.com/where-to-by-uk, and one of the sites, http://www.goodnessdirect.com, provides a few lines explaining each food.
The foods are not well known in general, which is part of their advantage. Since they are less mass-produced, they are less manipulated and so are more nutritious, which is more supportive of healthy weight loss and maintenance.
Note also that some of the foods in the lists are very basic foods listed in generic terms (for example, “shredded wheat” covers “Shreddies” or “Wheetabix; “sprouted whole grain” covers “sprouted wheat” (see example here: http://www.goodnessdirect.co.uk/cgi-local/frameset/detail/713205_Everfresh_Organic_Sprouted_Wheat_Bread_400g.html).
If you are missing something in particular, please do let us know. - AuthorPosts
