MemberI have been using WeightWatchers since Feb 2012 but found it hard to plan ahead on meals and shopping for these meals. TrimDown Club menu planning and shopping functionality works well with WeightWatchers. I have lost 37 lbs in just under a year.
Anyone else having a similar experience?

MemberI have just started this program today. I congratulate you on your 37 pound weight lost. I was also on weight watchers and found the same issues you were facing. I hope though, now with this plan I will be as successful as you!

MemberHello dwcharles,
I just signed up today. I’m just reviewing the web site and getting familiar. I will be away all weekend due to Easter but hope to start up on Monday. I too was on weight watchers but decided I was spending my money for nothing as I wasn’t serious about following the program. I decided to give this a try. This is my first post ever. I’m use to writing to strangers. Oh well always a first.Deuce

MemberI have found that TrimDown compliments WeightWatchers. I like the sharing and accountability that goes on at WW meetings. Also point counting works for me. I just started using Leptiburn supplement as I was starting to plateau a little. Down 4 lbs since I stated taking Leptiburn in early March. Total weight loss is 41 lbs. 15 lbs to go to reach my WW target weight.

MemberHi DWCharles,
I really like weight watchers and plan to stay in the program until I reach goal (20 lbs away). I agree that these two programs compliment each other. I like the nutrition expertise of this program and the accountability of WW. I also needed some new food ideas and this program and points work well together. Good luck on the healthy lifestyle journey. - AuthorPosts
