For the trout stuffed avocado/spinach, will any fish work? In the same amount?
Hi, ChiefAnthony. You can use any fish, but some may need a slight adjustment. Any fatty fish will be the same amount (salmon, mackerel, fresh tuna) as is. With any non-fatty fish (cod, sole, tilapia, bass, snapper, etc.), you will need to add some oil: for very lean fish (cod, sole, halibut), add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the recipe; for medium-fat fish (tilapia, bass, snapper), add 2 teaspoons.
