Is truvia, a natural sweetner derived from fruits ok to use ocassionally? I do not like to use most sweetners as they are not that good for you.
Hi, moptop55. Truvia is derived mostly from Stevia, which is considered fine. We prefer unprocessed Stevia, but if the aftertaste is too strong for you, then something like Truvia will indeed do.
