    When the menu lists two veggies, is it really necessary to have two?

    Hi, Sylpay. As long as you end up having at least 5 total fruit/vegetable servings each day, you can have them whenever you want during the day.

    what is 1 serving of vegetables – is that about 1 cup?

    Hi, Jean. Yes – 1 cup raw, 1/2 cup cooked.
