I know it is recommended not to eat starches and sweets if you are a diabetic, but the program asks you to chose your favorite foods , those favorite foods a diabetic will choose are the very foods that cause them to have diabetes in the first place so is this program only for weight loss for non diabetics only
Hi, Maria. This program is designed with diabetics in mind – no worries. If you read the main program guide, you’ll see that we make recommendations for food selection, and encourage you to upgrade to better versions of the foods you like. This generally means “whole” (high-fiber) versions of starches, minimizing sweets, and healthy recipes for your sweets (we have an extensive collection of these).
Hi Maria, I have diabetes type 2 as well and my blood sugar is great on this diet.
