ParticipantHello I don’t have an answer but I also enjoy the same but I’m not a fan of the Greek yogurt. Can I eat just regular yogurt?

MemberHi, twonurses2. It is better if you go for plain yogurt, then add your own high-quality sweetener like Stevia and/or erythritol (and vanilla extract, if you wish). The rest of the ingredients in your yogurt combination look great – just be sure the berries aren’t sugar-sweetened.

MemberHi, Busymomami. Yes, that’s fine. The biggest issue is to avoid getting pre-sweetened, pre-flavored yogurts.

ParticipantThe Two good yogurt is already sweetened with Stevia that is why I thought is was a good choice. Here are the ingredients.
Cultured Reduced fat milk
water
lemon juice
1% natural flavors
Tapioca starch
gellan gum
stevia leaf
fruit and veg juice
vitamin D3 and active cultures
90cal, 2 fat,4 carbs 2 sugar and 13 protein
Is there some other ingredient in it that makes it bad?March 28, 2021 at 6:49 pm #47609Ossie-Sharon
MemberHi, twonurses2. Your yogurt looks great. Good choice.
