MemberHi yes I have just joined as well from the UK and I felt just like you at first, but then today went through the lists again and with a bit of tweaking you can use the English alternatives, and just put in what you really like, you surely can’t be fussier than me, so don’t give up try again.

MemberI feel let down, I have been on other sites all turned out to be US sites, they spoke with a english accent on this site I feel conned, I did not choose a US site as we either don’t have a lot of the products they have or they call them by a different name which is no good to me

Memberawe, dont be discouraged! I am from USA and many of the items on the list were new to me as well. I even went to a health food shop & asked about items. It does take a bit to get going, but once you find your way around the menu items, I believe you will be happier – sure hope so! best wishes & hugs to you all, Tweety425

MemberI felt a little bit like the earlier posts but doing a little bit of research re: some of the ingredients I had never heard of I found that lots of them are sold in quite a few of our ‘mainstream’ supermarkets like Asda etc so don’t feel too disheartened – it will just take a little extra time to source stuff in the beginning 🙂

MemberHi, If you have found some of the US products in UK shops can you please list them. We could then build a little UK based library and make it easier for all newbies. Thanks

MemberHi, Keith. Note that most of the lesser known ingredients have the same names. A good place too look them up is http://www.goodnessdirect.co.uk.
