This plan seems to be US based, as many of the foods listed are not readily available in the UK or may be they are known by another name. This makes it difficult to select foods to generate the menus. For instance, what is a Cornish Hen?
Hi, Hinsby. The foods listed are from all over the world. Some do have slightly different names (for example, Cornish Hen is called “Indian Game” in the UK, but most are the same or very similar (sprouted whole grain is “sprouted wheat” or “sprouted seed,” whole grain is “wholemeal”. Many of the foods are unfamiliar because they are not mass-prodcued, which is part of their advantage (they are less manipulated and so are more nutritious). You can read more about them here http://www.goodnessdirect.co.uk.
