Your description on food items doesn’t translate to us in the U.K.
This needs to be worded for our food sources and our availability. We do not have canned red sauce for pasta. And what on Earth is sauce, gravy or brown instant or prepared alll about? This shows up next to pasta on my meals set out for me. This is vague and extremely unhelpful. It’s also hard for pescatarians to make choices, initial setup deals with gluten, vegan, Keto etc. Can not find pescatarian.

Hi, Tattsmitch. The foods in our lists are collected from around the world (and available in the UK), with a mix of common and uncommon items. The uncommon ones were selected because they are less mass-produced and therefore relatively unmanipulated and more nutritious and supportive of health and healthy weight management. Some terms are a bit less commonly used in the UK – for example, “canned” is just another term for “tinned” (https://www.tesco.com/groceries/en-GB/shop/food-cupboard/tins-cans-and-packets/tinned-tomatoes-and-puree).I encourage you to take advantage of our shopping guide http://www.trimdownclub.com/where-to-buy-UK; one of the sites, http://www.goodnessdirect.co.uk, offers nice explanations of their foods. Regular supermarkets such as Tesco, Asda, and Waitrose are increasingly carrying these items as health-conscious consumers are increasingly requesting them; Holland and Barrett carries even more, of course, and Whole Foods Market even more. You can create a pescatarian menu out of familiar foods by using the personal version of the Menu Planner, wherein you can select what you like and avoid what isn’t an option for you (meat, chicken, etc). You can get to this area by clicking on the “My Food Choices” icon in the toolbar above your menu.

Hi, thank you for the reply. My food options doesn’t have fish or meat options due to when I answered questions about my height, weight, diet, the only close option to select was vegetarian. So that icon above my menu hasn’t pescatarian options.

Hi, Tattsmitch. I recommend to deselect the vegetarian option, so that fish return to your options. When you build your menu, you can just avoid what you don’t want, while selecting items you do.
