Want to make sure I understand the menu plan. Snack #1 has 1 natural pancake, 1 Dessert Decadence Shake, 1/2 oz pecans and 1 cup cantaloupe. Am I really meant to eat all or are these options from which to choose.
A bit frustrated. Posted this question three days ago, and no response. Where is the nutritionist who is supposed to be available to assist plan members. If I am asking in the wrong place won’t someone please let me know? Being encouraged to start is wonderful, but information and clarification would be great.
