Hi, I would like to know when the vegetable quantity is unlimited, like celery for example, does that mean I can have it at any time of the day or only have it as a vegetable serving within the menu. Also, the only problem I have is in the evening, I find I’m hungry and a cup of milk just doesn’t do it. Can I save some food of the day and eat it at night or what else would you suggest.
Hi, Oteoi. It’s the type of vegetable rather than the time of day that makes it “unlimited” – check out our “Free Vegetables” list in the Menu Planner food lists, in the “Vegetables” link. Your idea for dealing with hunger at night sounds good – just try not to get too heavy when you’re least active.
Maybe I wasn’t clear. Can I eat the vegetables from the free vegetable list, not only as much as I want but also at anytime. (in-between the 6 meals already established)
Hi, Oteoi. Absolutely! Sorry about the confusion…
