Today I noticed a little discomfort after breakfast, (Scrambled eggs with Salsa combined with a TDC Currant Muffin.) Muffins were made with Quinua + rice flour.
The pain wasn’t as strong as feeling sick, but it seemed that digestion wasn’t that great. Have others experienced this?
After I exercised the discomfort went away. Are some people more sensitive to certain types of carbs than others? Curious to know.
Thanks,
Hi, tperazzo. Some people are more sensitive to certain types of carbs than others. The fact that the discomfort went away after exercising appears to suggest that the issue was more related to a temporary slowing down of your digestion, for which physical activity is very good. When eating high-fiber foods, do be sure to drink at least a full glass of water.
If you again notice the difficulty you described, please do repost, and I will troubleshoot with you.
