BlockedSorry, didn’t see this. I have total faith in you and I know you’ll do it! A friend of mine has had knee surgery and is also losing weight–she tells me it makes a tremendous difference in mobility. As for motivation, it’s Saturday so I’m a little low on mine. I’ll be back on it tomorrow. I’ve lost–solid–2.5 pounds and am bouncing back and forth between 155 and 154. So, I know what I need to do. Ironically, weekdays are pretty easy for me. Weekends…

MemberI am from Lubbock, TX.Right in the heart of West Texas where the Dry-line dips down from Canada in the spring and goes back and forth across our area causing these horrific duststorms called Haboobs. You can see them rolling in!! You should google them… You’ll be shocked if not impressed that people could survive them !!We went on our first getaway I over a year! a challenge for the challenge. I tried so hard to eat healthy!!!!! We’ll see in the morning!!

MemberHey Deborah, I live in Arizona, just north of Phoenix. We have Haboobs here as well, and they are something. I also have Fibromyalgia and put it in remission using Guifenisen therapy. Then I stopped using it. Now, 4 years later, so I’m going back on the Guiafenissen. Read the book “What your doctor won’t tell you about Fibro.” by Dr. St. Armand. It’s great and interesting.
