catareno
MemberI’m not much for eating vegetables. I do like corn & green beans & Iceberg lettuce. Also I usually use fat free dressing, is it ok to use that?

MemberHi, catareno. Corn is actually considered a starch, but it is OK to eat it – just do so instead of rice or pasta, for example. Green beans are excellent, and though iceberg lettuce isn’t the most nutritious of the lettuces, it is definitely better than nothing.
As for the dressing, just try to get a type without artificial chemicals.January 28, 2016 at 12:14 am #33790Ossie-Sharon

MemberHi, Joanna. Any olives you want that aren’t stuffed with an entirely different food group, like meat or cheese.
