ldsuaveMemberWhere can I find a list of all vegetables noted with Starch Veggies/Free Veggies?

Ossie-SharonMemberStarchy vegetables are noted as such in the food lists – at each meal, see the vegetable section of the starches.
The free vegetable list can be accessed at the end of the Menu Planner process, at the bottom the page where your daily menus are listed.April 1, 2013 at 12:31 pm #10550
