My husband doesn’t like vegetables. Is it ok to substitute V8? And, if so, how much?
Hi, ckhammonds. A portion would be 8 fluid ounces or 240 ml. Low-sodium V8 is preferable, of course.
Note, however, that there is relatively little fiber in the juice. If your husband is not a diabetic, he can substitute with some fruit, as well.
