There are a lot of things that I don’t know where to buy them and I don’t know what they are. Like what is Spelt?
Hi Plumpnomore: BTW like your screen name. Spelt is a grain. Usually used instead of Wheat. Spelt has a slightly nutty flavor and when used for bread gives a great flavor. I go the easier route and buy Spelt bread from the health food store in the area. Sprouted Whole Grain (SWG) is another great choice. Most of those breads are found in the freezer aisle instead of on those long shelves with white & wheat bread. Hope this helps. Patty
You can buy the flour at most health food shops and I am planning to make some spelt bread in my breadmaker, at least then I know whats gone in to my bread and make it healthier for me and my family!
