i’m a very picky eater. i don’t like very many vegetables especially green ones. Will this work for me?
If you are not a diabetic, you can substitute fruits for vegetables. But do try to think of ways that you can at least hide vegetables in your foods. For example, tomato sauce in Italian-type dishes, pureed cauliflower (strong scent while cooking, but no taste when cooked) in mashed potatoes, mashed carrots in pancakes, etc. If you like soups, you can hide a few cut vegetables in those, too.
I am an extremely picky bad eater, i don’t care for most vegetables as well, & i don’t eat any fish, meat products & can only eat a few tiny pieces of chicken breast & very seldom at that, what can i do to supplement the neccessary proteins?
