MemberI’ve been on blood thinner for 6 weeks and just found out that the reason I’ve got sooo much pain in my stomach is because of vitamin K. The 2 don’t work together well. So far I’ve found that spinach, broccoli, brussel sprouts, parsley romaine lettuce, cheese, egg yolks, liver and some meats all contain vitamin K…………I don’t know any menu that I can make for myself for each day/week. Please help me, I’m not getting anywhere by myself doing research online. Thanks in advance for any help that anyone can give me.

MemberHi, Misfit2013. The following are the foods highest in vitamin K:
Herbs (dried and fresh), leafy greens, cruciferous vegetables (i.e. broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cabbage), scallions (green/spring onions), leeks, chives, brightly-colored spices (i.e. paprika, chili, turmeric), asparagus, pickled cucumbers, prunes, lamb, radicchio, sweet-and-sour salad dressing, snap beans, okra, horseradish, rhubarb, sprouts, sprouted beans, capers, celery root, cauliflower, kiwi fruit, green peas, peanuts, peanut butter.
Other foods should be fine. - AuthorPosts
