Yesterday was my first day. The combinations of food kept me very full. I didn’t want more food but ate everything requied.I am not hungry this morning. Must I eat everything?
Hi, rmaxted. I’m glad to read that you’re not hungry. No, don’t fight it too much – it is much better that you stay in tune with your satiety signals. I would recommend to cut back a little on the starchy carbs before all else, but if that won’t work for you, please do repost here.

I am having trouble eating all that food. Just the meals are more than I usually eat. and this morning I weighed more than I did before, Could I cut the portions?
Hi! Am I supposed to eat ALL of the food listed for each meal/snack on my menu planner or do I pick and choose? I know the lighter ones are better. Thanks!
