I am just researching this program, and I was wondering about Walden Farm products. If you aren’t familiar with them they have no calories, no fat, no sugar, no cholestrol, and no carbs. I’m looking at the one that mimics mayonaise and I see in the ingredients that way down on the list is sucralose. It shows as 0g of sugar.
Hi, lisatckr. Walden Farms products are more processed than we would recommend. Believe it or not, having a product with healthy types of fats may actually support your weight loss efforts better. If you can make your own mayonnaise, etc. at home with high-quality whole food ingredients, even better.
