Before joining I had spent some time looking at nutrition (Patrick Holford, well known in this area in UK) and had been getting more healthy with things like seeds and other stuff similar to this club. I want to continue eg with my favourite breakfast which is raw oats, soya milk (yes I know but it’s non GM in the UK and we have a slight intolerance to milk in our family) ground mixed seeds (flax, sesame, pumpkin, sunflower) and soft fruit eg strawberries or blueberries. I also find it very difficult to completely give up my one small orange juice (with bits) in the morning as it helps me swallow my medication. Can I just keep this breakfast or do I need to readjust the diet completely to make it balanced?
Hi, Dorsetstar. That’s absolutely fine. Those foods are in the Menu Planner food lists, and when you select them, they will appear in your menu – balanced according to your needs.
