    I know you should drink 6-8 glasses of water a day but I haven’t seen it listed on my menu? Where do I find this info. I am so excited so far I have lost three lbs. instead of craving candy I just eat a portion size of fruit and my cravings go away. I hope this keeps up. I am staying positive. I do feel better.

    Water is “free,” so it doesn’t need to be listed in your menu (like herbs and spices).

    why is water not on the menu? where is it listed, how much water to drink ?

    Hi, mlaboy. Water is “free,” so it doesn’t need to be counted in your menu. Our main program guide talks about how much water to drink, but I can also tell you here that at your current weight, you need about 2.2 liters or quarts per day, or about 10 8-ounce glasses.

    I have chronic kidney stone and I need to drink lots of water. How much should I be drinking?

    Hi, purplegrammybear. You should be drinking about two quarts (liters) per day, which is about 8 glasses.
