    If I continue to get up to use the restroom I am not going to have a job. I have never drank so much water, it’s annoying. Does it get better or this is what I can expect? I have not had anything sweet for 3 days. I want to go to the store and buy 100 candy bars and eat them. Any suggestions for craving sugar?

    Hi, hotelhania. Increased urination is indeed a side effect of the keto diet, and is why it is important to keep drinking lots of water – to prevent dehydration.
