mjpowell1990MemberI have to say being at the website second day it is complicated…too much to read and not all that user friendly having to download so many docs and then that too is more reading than I have time for…I wanted to go back and see the menu I created yesterday and it is not that simple and there was no menu history as shown on the tutorial. I spent entire day going through this and I still need to to refer back…please please keep it simple with links! And what is $2.00 a minute when using email to consultant? does it mean if it takes him 5 minutes to compose an email it cost $10…make no sense! I really hope I don’t regret this…

blessingcatcherMemberHi, MJ. You should have a menu history where the menu you created yesterday will still appear. It is under the icon of “apps”. Also, you can ask any question you like under “nutrition” and the “resident dietician and nutritionist” Ossie will answer. (Ossie, I hope I didn’t butcher your title too badly!) And, she asnwers for free! Also, many of the questions we have, when we post them, they can be answered by many of the TDC members themselves. We have quite a varied population. I have been a member of TDC for almost a year now and have not regretted a penny. You also may want to check out the group Successful Beginnings and Support. There are several forums with helpful info for beginners in it. And, the group is very helpful and friendly. 😉 Keep us posted how you are doing!

Ossie-SharonMemberHi, mjpowell1990, and welcome (and thanks, BlessingCatcher!)
You don’t have to read all the materials to get started – really, just ease into the program, go at your own pace. Rely on the Menu Planner to arrange your meals for you, and that will guide you, too.
Regarding the Menu History, tech support will get back to you. If you want advice from a dietitian, I’m here, and happy to help. - AuthorPosts
