MemberI am starting week five and can’t create a new menu. Does the menu option only last 4 weeks? When I try to create a new menu it takes me back to choosing all my food choices. I spent a great deal of time doing this when I started and do not want to have to do it again. I have lost 9 pounds and am excited about my progress – but this puts a huge damper on my interest in the program. Why do I have to recreate the wheel 5 weeks in?

KeymasterHi seshem,
Thanks for posting.
The menu won’t populate with your food choices if you have switched between meal planning tools. I can see that you used the Instant Menu and Favorite Foods Menu. I suggest to create a new menu because it will take your new weight into consideration.
Simply follow the steps below to create a new menu:1. Go to http://www.trimdownclub.com
2. On the top right corner of the homepage click Login
3. Enter your Username and Password (You can also use your email address connected to your purchase as your username. If you lost or forgot your password, click on “Lost your password?”)
4. Once you are logged in, go to “Create a Menu”
5. Now simply click on “Start Now!” under the menu option that fits you bestI hope this helps! If you have any questions, please do write back.
To your health and success!

MemberI used the Instant Menu because it wouldn’t create a new weekly menu from my Favorites Food Menu. I spent hours creating my favorites food list when I started the plan and now I have to do that all over again? On the 8-wk plan I usually just click create a new menu and it creates my week from the favorite foods I selected in the beginning. Now when I try that it gives me a blank list of foods and I have to recreate my favorites list. Again, this is the only reason I chose the Instant Menu option, which also took quite some time because there were foods on the menu that I don’t eat and don’t like.

KeymasterI suggest that once you find the menu option that fits you best, stick to it. Because by using a different option your previous food choices will no longer be saved. It seems like you found success using the Favorite Foods menu planning option, so I’d stick with this option.
