MemberHi, jc.bonora. I have forwarded your query to tech support regarding Week 5. From my perspective, I would encourage you to take advantage of the “My Food Choices” link to the food lists (in icon is in the toolbar above your menu) to try to upgrade the foods in your menu healthier ones. If you are happy with your current menu, you can repeat the week.
With regard to your weight loss, a couple of questions:
Are you physically active?
How does the food compare to how you were eating before you joined this program?August 30, 2018 at 3:26 pm #41873Ossie-Sharon
MemberHi, jc.bonora. Tech support has sent you clarifications – please check your email (and even your junk mail, as the posts may have gone to that box).

MemberFood is better ,had started Keto but living in Italy at the moment a lot of foods are hard to find or very expensive if having to order online. Trim down is alot easier to follow ,but still some foods can’t be found here . Not moving much ,had some health problems this past yr. but since dieting do feel better.

MemberHi, jc.bonora. It’s great to read that you’re feeling better. I would encourage you to use the fully personal version of the Menu Planner so that you can select foods for your menu that are available to you. You can reach that version by clicking on the “My Food Choices” icon (an apple) in the toolbar above your menu.
Regarding shopping, the following chains have regular stores as well as an online option:

MemberHi, jc.bonora. Those breads look fine – as long as whatever grain is 100% and not refined, it’s all good.
