MemberHi, Enlawley. It is uncooked, which means it may be about 2-1/2 ounces cooked. However, since what shrinks remains in the dish if you cook in a crockpot, there shouldn’t be a difference.

Memberhow do you measure 4 oz of pizza

MemberHi, stoneyb. Take a look at the total weight of the pizza per the package, or ask restaurant staff if you’re dining out – then do the math by number of slices. In general, a 12-inch/30-cm thin crust plain cheese pizza weighs about 16.5 ounces, so 1/4 of the pizza would be about 4 ounces.

MemberIn the sand topic, when it says I can eat 1:2 cup of rice or pasta is that after cooking or do I have to weigh the rice or pasta first. I hope it isn’t the later because I cook it then use 1/2 cup. I just wsnt you make sure I’m not over or under eating. I’m still confused about the meat too. Some websites say to divide the ounces of your meat by 1.1-1/2 and that’s what you can eat after cooking. What? That means I can only have 2 ounces of meat?

MemberHi, Enlawley. Grain products in your menu are after cooking, and meats are generally before (unless they are very lean, and then it doesn’t matter).
